With over five years of experience working in perinatal and sexual health settings, I understand the unique challenges that can arise throughout reproductive, sexual, and family-building experiences.
My practice is informed by a deep appreciation for the emotional, relational, and physical complexities of these life transitions.

Therapy should fit into your life. I offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments to accommodate a variety of schedules.
Services may be covered by most extended health benefit plans under Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and sliding-scale options may be available when financial barriers arise.

Healing does not happen in isolation. In addition to therapy, I can help connect you with community resources and supports that align with your needs.
My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and attentive to family systems, interpersonal dynamics, and the challenges of navigating healthcare and support systems.

All appointments are conducted securely online through Jane, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space. A secure video link will be provided prior to your appointment.

Your first full therapy session. We'll explore your concerns, personal history, goals for therapy, and what brings you to counselling at this time. This session helps us develop a shared understanding and begin creating a plan for our work together.

60-Minute Psychotherapy Session
A standard therapy session that provides time for deeper exploration, reflection, and therapeutic work. Together, we'll address your concerns, build coping strategies, and support meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
30-Minute Psychotherapy Session
A shorter therapy session designed for focused support, check-ins, skill-building, or follow-up care. Ideal when you need ongoing guidance but don't require a full-length session.
