Genuine connection founded in Evidence-based care.

Drawing on training in psychotherapy, an Honours background in Psychology, and over six years of experience in the perinatal health field, I support clients with curiosity, empathy, and respect.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, or perinatal experiences such as fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, or loss, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Together, we can explore patterns, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth and wellbeing.

Outside of the therapy room, I believe it's the little things that help us feel more connected. You may occasionally meet my four-legged personal assistant, Honey, who enjoys making surprise appearances during virtual sessions and takes her emotional support role very seriously.

My passion for women's health began during my time as a student in Ontario's Midwifery Education Program and has continued to shape my work and interests ever since. I've been married for five years and love exploring new places with my partner, with recent favourite destinations including the Isle of Skye, Mexico, the Cotswolds, and Nashville.

Long before becoming a therapist, I worked as a barista to put myself through school, serving coffee since the age of 14. These days, you'll often find me knitting, reading, hiking, experimenting with new recipes, or unwinding with a thermal experience at the local Scandinavian spa. I also maintain a small herb garden and enjoy supporting local farmers, makers, and businesses whenever possible.

I believe that meaningful healing happens through connection, authenticity, and finding joy in the everyday moments that make us who we are.
